Breakfast offers everything you could ask for, from traditional Vietnamese dishes to Western favorites, catering to all tastes and habits. We had dinner twice at the Sky Bar (the Pho and noodles were amazing—highly recommended!). The Sky Bar is also a fantastic spot to unwind in the evening. If you enjoy massages, I highly recommend trying the ones offered at the hotel—both the full-body and foot massage are unbelievably good!

The service provided by the receptionists was exceptional and very welcoming. Even from the very start, Ms. Rory, our receptionist, entertained us right away, explaining the different amenities of the hotel and the best places to visit in the Old Quarter in Ha Noi. All of this was very useful and insightful in guiding us to have the best experience during our limited stay. Moreover, the receptionists were also very accommodating in serving us food and being available even though we had an early checkout of 4:00 AM. The service was more than excellent, and I could say the best throughout our trip to Vietnam!

This hotel is just great. The staff is lovely - incredibly kind, going out of their way to make sure we feel well and welcome. It's also very tidy, one of the cleanest hotels I've seen. Comfy beds that you can enjoy, high quality materials. There's also a balcony on the roof with a table and chair. Recommended!

Everything was so perfect. I was very comfortable at the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfartable, there were toothbrush , cotton buds , towers and also dressing gown, the room was large , free tea and cafe. And helpfull and kind staff wellcomed me. I will come back again
