I will always stay here if I visit Hanoi again. Very clean and spacious room. The staff were able to change my previously booked windowless room to one with a balcony at little extra cost. The hotel is close to many places of interest.

Good location. Lily is the best, you can ask everything from her. She arranged all the travel plans and made sure everything was okay. The staff is very kind and friendly. The room is also really nice. Breakfast is good.
