I stayed here for 3 nights. Location-wise, this is a perfect spot if you are planning to walk everywhere and be at the center of the old quarter. The staff was super nice and warm. Every time I arrived in the afternoon or evening, they always asked how my day was, which was super helpful for getting some recommendations and made me feel at home. The breakfast was also really good at a reasonable price! This hostel has it all! I will definitely stay here again next time.

Bryan is number one. I really enjoyed in my stay. the stuff they were very friendly the location close to everything there is halal food there is good coffee shop. The hotel is really clean and tied. This hotel is centrally located, very comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful - shout out to Clover in particular for helping us get a suitcase opened when the lock got stuck. Great location especially for the walking street over the weekend, and the staff helped organise transfers and day trips. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Hanoi!

We had the pleasure of staying at Salute Premium Hotel & Spa in Hanoi on two separate occasions during our trip to Vietnam, and each stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, Sally and her amazing team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and completely taken care of.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of personal service. Sally organised all of our airport transfers seamlessly, and even helped us choose and book a fantastic restaurant for dinner. No request was ever too much trouble—they were always just a WhatsApp message away, ready to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay.
We booked the Executive Suite, and the room exceeded our expectations both times. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt well thought out, and the consistency across both stays was impressive.
Honestly, we couldn’t fault a thing. Our experience at Salute Premium Hotel & Spa made our time in Hanoi so much easier and more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and we will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.
