Billy, Nancy and the rest of the team made my trip super fun! They made me feel so welcome, always making jokes and ready to help me with anything. They also helped me organize my tours and were very flexible if I had to change anything (I stayed here many nights). Also the location is really good. But most important the team had really good vibe with lovely people!

Our stay at the hotel was really very pleasant. The rooms are clean, spacious, cleaned every day and they left us bottles of water. The atmosphere is wonderful, but the best thing is the staff - kind, professional and super friendly, they welcome every guest with great respect and help with all the questions we have. We will miss them. If we return to Hanoi one day, we will stay at Salute Hotel again.

Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel was the best place we stayed in Hanoi. The service was extremely hospitable, with staff always attentive and professional. The hotel itself is spacious and beautifully designed in a boutique style, making it feel both elegant and comfortable. The gym was large and well equipped, and our room was spacious, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also very good—perfect for walking around and exploring the city on foot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium experience in Hanoi.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The people were extremely friendly, I was able to leave my bag a few days before check in as I was going on an excursion, reception was always happy to help, Mr Bryan did a wonderful job of organising the Cao Bang motorbike trip which I absolutely loved and checked up on me after I returned, the room was really spacious and good bathroom as well! The girls who also offer massages were brilliant and so kind and hospitable! I really recommend this hotel, it’s in a great location and very good pricing.

The Staff were all extremely kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us, and even invited us to watch the TET fireworks together from the top floor restaurant.
