Billy, Nancy and the rest of the team made my trip super fun! They made me feel so welcome, always making jokes and ready to help me with anything. They also helped me organize my tours and were very flexible if I had to change anything (I stayed here many nights). Also the location is really good. But most important the team had really good vibe with lovely people!

The staff of the hotel stood out with their exceptional friendliness and genuine kindness - especially Jessica and Jane, but also everyone else. They helped accommodate my dietary requests and helped me organize trips that turned out perfect. the hotel itself is wonderful, clean and comfortable with a perfect location. I ended up booking 7 days instead of the initial 3!

The staff is really firefly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Just in the Old quarter but not a very noise street.
They also can sture the luggag while your trip to Halong bay or other close destinations.

Everyrhing was very good. The staff was very nice. The room is excelent, and the breakfast is also excelent with a lot of options.
The hotel is very central.near the train street and its located in a street full of shops and places to eat.
They also booked us a transfer to the airport.
I recomend this hotel to anyone o goes to Hanoi and wants to be in the central area.
