Billy, Nancy and the rest of the team made my trip super fun! They made me feel so welcome, always making jokes and ready to help me with anything. They also helped me organize my tours and were very flexible if I had to change anything (I stayed here many nights). Also the location is really good. But most important the team had really good vibe with lovely people!

All the staff were very accommodating. We arrive late from sleeper bus, but they check in us and assisted us for our early check out. They even prepare us a packed breakfast to go.

This hotel is centrally located, very comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful - shout out to Clover in particular for helping us get a suitcase opened when the lock got stuck. Great location especially for the walking street over the weekend, and the staff helped organise transfers and day trips. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Hanoi!

Bryan is number one. I really enjoyed in my stay. the stuff they were very friendly the location close to everything there is halal food there is good coffee shop. The hotel is really clean and tied. Wonderful stay – highly recommended!
I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference during my stay.
The location is perfect — central enough to reach all the main attractions easily, but also in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a busy day.
The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. You could really tell that cleanliness is a top priority here. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way — comfortable, clean, safe, and with top-notch service. I will definitely be coming back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We loved everything. It's a little hotel so near to the important places in Hanoi. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the bed was perfect to rest.
We aprecied the goog hospitality from the staff, in special Sahra. She was so helpful to us. They helped us to chose the Crose to Ha Long and organized the transportation. Definitely recommended.
