The location is nearby all amazing cafes and spots in the Old Quarter Hanoi. this is by far the most convenient hostel I have ever stayed. the bed is comfy and the toilet is located inside the room, unlike most hostels where you have to share the bathroom with many other guests. here I only share the toilet with 2 other girls from Germany. the room is also spacious enough and have ample space for me to pray as a Muslim.

I loved everything about our stay — Jackie and his team were excellent hosts and helped us with everything we needed. I forgot some documents and money in the hotel safe, and he made sure everything was returned to me. Honest and incredibly attentive people. Thank you for everything!

Best, most helpful staff! We left Hanoi early in the morning and the staff even prepared bags with breakfast for us, so kind.

We had a great stay of 3 nights at the Hanoi Salute Hotel & Spa in the Old Quarter. Every staff member we met was delightful and super helpful, and they did their best to ensure we felt at home, from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They also helped us with Ha Long Bay cruise booking which made things so much easier. The room is neat and well designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Great breakfast with a wide selection of food to cater for all. Many thanks to Sue and the team. Highly recommended, 10/10.

Location was exceptional. Walking distance to all locations. Staff very friendly and polite. Best service recieved in Vietnam. People are so friendly and willing to help with directions. Sky bar has amazing views with delicious food and cocktails. Hospitality was endless. Jennifer and Rose went out of their way providing great recommendations for dining and activities. Will definitely return.

Very nice, big room. The breakfast was delicious and full. The best part of this hotel is staff. They gave us nice tips and information for our following trip. Since we left in the evening, instead of the next day, they gave us some fruit and water. Also the place is in a very good location from the main attractions.

We loved the location. It was right by the Lake! And when we did our food tour, we must have walked around a few blocks only, and found the most incredible food right near the hotel. Loved the bed, it was so comfy! The staff were lovely and helped with tours, transfers and we were given such a lovely welcome drink. They were so welcoming to our 4 yr old daughter and gave her a gift when we left. The roof bar had a beautiful view.

Trang and the other staff members were super friendly and very supportive. The Hotel is very good located in the old Town, surrounded by many nice cafés and restaurants. The rooms and lavatories are clean and perfectly equiped with everything you need. We also liked the breakfast with continental and vietnamese food and fresh fruits. We stayed a few nights and would definitely come back. Thank you again :)
