Billy, Nancy and the rest of the team made my trip super fun! They made me feel so welcome, always making jokes and ready to help me with anything. They also helped me organize my tours and were very flexible if I had to change anything (I stayed here many nights). Also the location is really good. But most important the team had really good vibe with lovely people!

All the staff were very accommodating. We arrive late from sleeper bus, but they check in us and assisted us for our early check out. They even prepare us a packed breakfast to go.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with warm friendly staff members who assisted us with everything we needed. Staff was extremely kind and such a joy to interact with. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very delicious and a variety of options available. The location of the hotel is perfect. We walked everywhere we needed to be. The staff was the best I have ever seen specially Jenny, Lovy & Felis. They were extremely supportive and welcoming. I really felt like home and the credit goes to those individuals. The location was great as well in Old quarter near to many shops and restaurants as I expected.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended!
I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference during my stay.
The location is perfect — central enough to reach all the main attractions easily, but also in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a busy day.
The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. You could really tell that cleanliness is a top priority here. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way — comfortable, clean, safe, and with top-notch service. I will definitely be coming back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
