I stayed here for 3 nights. Location-wise, this is a perfect spot if you are planning to walk everywhere and be at the center of the old quarter. The staff was super nice and warm. Every time I arrived in the afternoon or evening, they always asked how my day was, which was super helpful for getting some recommendations and made me feel at home. The breakfast was also really good at a reasonable price! This hostel has it all! I will definitely stay here again next time.

We had the pleasure of staying at Salute Premium Hotel & Spa in Hanoi on two separate occasions during our trip to Vietnam, and each stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, Sally and her amazing team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and completely taken care of.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of personal service. Sally organised all of our airport transfers seamlessly, and even helped us choose and book a fantastic restaurant for dinner. No request was ever too much trouble—they were always just a WhatsApp message away, ready to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay.
We booked the Executive Suite, and the room exceeded our expectations both times. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt well thought out, and the consistency across both stays was impressive.
Honestly, we couldn’t fault a thing. Our experience at Salute Premium Hotel & Spa made our time in Hanoi so much easier and more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and we will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with warm friendly staff members who assisted us with everything we needed. Staff was extremely kind and such a joy to interact with. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very delicious and a variety of options available. The location of the hotel is perfect. We walked everywhere we needed to be. I was very happy with my stay.

We had a pick-up arranged and had a comfortable ride to the hotel. The personel from the driver, reception desk, buffett workers to the spa ladies were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was clean, they had useful amenities like dental set, razor kit, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. The spa treatments had a good quality. The entire stay was really pleasant.

The staff were exceptional. Having Lee and Viet was a blessing to help organize our time in hanoi, including day trips around as well as ha long bay overnight cruise.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Hanoi for the first time especially.
