Staff were really accomodating and friendly. Place was clean and pleasant. The location was superb, lots of dining places around and shops to visit. Shopping for cheap clothes and most probably everything is just below the hotel which is very convenient.

The hotel staffs are amazing. Especially Jay, the hotel manager has been very friendly and supportive. He has been very responsive when we ask questions on WhatsApp and he also provided us many recommendation for food. We arrived at 3:00 am in the morning and they are willing to let us do early check in so we don’t have to sleep in the lobby. Overall, it’s a pleasant experience and I would for sure recommend it.

The hotel is strategically located in the old quarter and surrounded by many eateries. There is also a nearby convenience store. We booked 4 rooms, all in good condition and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying in the Hanoi Chic Hotel and strongly recommend those who will be travelling to Hanoi. Do check out this boutique hotel. Reasonable room price and comes with breakfast. Worth the money.

The room is nice. The bed is soft as well. It is located in old quarter but the space of the room is large for us. Reasonable price for a couple like us . Big breakfast. Awesome staff. Thank you all!!

Like allways, each time I stay the staff takes exeptional care of their customers even they had to fix something out of their hands. Nice and clean rooms whatever category you stay. Got upgraded as the bed setting we asked was not available.They even provided me Cash while all the ATMs around the hotel were not working.

It was superb, our best stay in Vietnam. The location is very good, walking distance to most spots in hanoi old quarter. We also found good food options nearby as well as ATM and souvenir shopping. The room is very spacious with large comfortable beds. The facilities in the room are perfect.the wifi is good and I was able to conduct zoom meetings without any issues. The staff is fabulous, heartfelt thanks to Jessica to contact us immediately once we booked and taking care of everything from transport from the airport as well as tour options. Benzo was superb, he always had a smile on his face and helped solve any issues. The breakfast was amazing, besides the buffet, there are ala carte options, thanks to the cook and Ms.Daisy who served with a smile 😊. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to stay again when we visit Hanoi!

The old quarter view Hostel is in an excellent location in the middle of the Old Quarter district. I was able to reach many sights on foot and never had any problems finding my way around. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, they even helped me when I had to do the laundry at short notice before departure or when I wanted to do a day trip to Ninh Binh and only got in touch with them the evening before (the day trip was great by the way and I really recommend it!). The beds were clean and the bathroom (I was in the 4 bed only female dorm room) was an absolute highlight.

Beautiful hotel with clean and spacious rooms with great location! All of the hotel staff were so kind and respectful and always ready to help. They gave us great recommendations on restaurants, sightseeing and even a hairsalon to get our fresh haircuts. The breakfast was delicious and had many vegetarian options. Me and my girlfriend felt really safe and welcome there as a couple. We would definitely stay here again!
