Wonderful staff who are always willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Very central for lots of tourist attractions and the bustle of Old Quarter - minimal noise given location. Comfy, minimal room. 15 min walk to Hoan Kiem lake which is great to go for a run/exercise on Sunday morning with the locals.

A really nice cozy boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Very convenient to almost any point in the Old Quarter but most important we discovered the hotel’s Customer Service Manager, Ms. Kathy, a wonderful carrying person, very professional and knowledgeable and assisting in any possible needs that you may have while away from home. Highly recommended!

The staff are extremely attentive and caring. I've never had such great hospitality ever. Liam lee was fantastic. He made us feel very welcome and helped us a great deal. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

There are 0 negatives. The staff was the friendliest I’ve come across in Vietnam. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The staff can help you with absolutely anything you need. I loved it here! It also had one of the better breakfasts I’ve had while here.

All the staffs are very friendly & helpful. Hotel is new, clean and in a perfect location. You are right in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. We got an upgrade to a family room which is very spacious. Breakfast is abundant & delicious Coffee, however, is quite watery though. We are very happy with our stay and will come back.

The hotel was an amazing oasis for us amidst the busy city! The staff are incredible and joyous. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning too. We LOVED the hidden speakeasy bar in the basement, what a nice surprise that was. We would give this review an 11 out of 10 if we could.
