Beautiful decor, just like the pictures. Nice lighting. Very quiet in the night, as it's tucked away from the main street. A lot of cafes and eateries nearby. Washing machine was great, they sell detergent at the reception. The city view was pretty decent, you can see a small part of the lake (from the room on 7th floor). Good kitchen supplies, we were able to cook for a few days, mostly boiled stuff (non-stick pan was not there) and salads. No mold smell, good water pressure.

May thought of everything!!!!!!
Slippers for the main part of the house, sunflowers for the room, coffee and treats while we waited for the room to be cleaned, (she let us check in early and told us there was no rush the day we left and we could stay as long as we wanted!) , all toiletries were available for us including toothpaste!
Fridge, tea and coffee available in the room.
The shared bathroom (only 2 rooms shared it) was absolutely spotless!!!!!!

My friends and I stayed three nights in this aparment and we were super happy about it: it is very central in the hanoi, but still in a relatively quiet street. The rooms are simple but they have everything one needs for a stay, even with some amenities: extra toothbrushes, coffee and tea etc. the manager was wonderfully kind and helpful, they did anything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

This apartment is stunning. Everything is new and clean, and it is a good size. The bedroom is separate and there is a living room area too. It is outside of the busy centre so you can get away from the craziness of old town! It is just a 10 minute taxi ride into town when you want to go. There are restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as well as the shopping mall. I loved it here.

Appartement was very comfy and well decorated. The owner was super kind and helped us a lot. It's a bit far away from old city but it's also an experience for you can really live among local people you can find some nice cafés around and walk around west lake.
