May thought of everything!!!!!!
Slippers for the main part of the house, sunflowers for the room, coffee and treats while we waited for the room to be cleaned, (she let us check in early and told us there was no rush the day we left and we could stay as long as we wanted!) , all toiletries were available for us including toothpaste!
Fridge, tea and coffee available in the room.
The shared bathroom (only 2 rooms shared it) was absolutely spotless!!!!!!

The studio is located near Westlake of Hanoi and is pretty calm – as far as you can find a calm place in Hanoi. With Grab you are within 15 – 20 minutes in Old Town.
The Studio is super clean including the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has enough equipment to prepare some meals. Refrigerator, kettle and washing machine in the Studio too! We have been located on the seventh floor, nice few from there.
A big Plus and an extra star is for the communication with the owner via WhatsApp. Fast reply, perfect English (which is very helpful!) and whatever you need: just text a message, reply comes within a few minutes.
We have been to SamSam Studio Apartement twice and in sum we spent 12 nights there. When you are seeking a place a bit off the noises, parties and karaoke bars: Highly recommended!

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.

Great Hotel with very spacious rooms (I booked a 2-bedroom apartment), very clean and well maintained, great breakfast. There were lots of food options around the hotel and if you order food delivery from restaurants nearby, you can typically get your food very quickly (just note, the delivery driver will wait outside the building). The hotel does have scheduled shuttle service to nearby malls (for residents) but due to the timing, you will probably have to take a cab back if you need more time

My friends and I stayed three nights in this aparment and we were super happy about it: it is very central in the hanoi, but still in a relatively quiet street. The rooms are simple but they have everything one needs for a stay, even with some amenities: extra toothbrushes, coffee and tea etc. the manager was wonderfully kind and helpful, they did anything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
