Wonderful apartments in the best area of Hanoi. I stayed here multiple times (in different apartments), and whenever I go back to Hanoi iRest Orange has always been my top choice. Super reliable wi-fi connection which is highly important for me as a remote worker, comfortable beds, washing machines in every apartment, very friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

The room is really clean. It contains everything for cooking needed. But the most impressive is still the service. Employees are very nice and friendly. I want to thank for the door man who helped me to check the change from Grab driver on 6/1 afternoon. I paid by 100K while the fee is actually 70K or something like that. The driver said that he does not have small bill. The door man helped to communicate with the driver by Vietnamese, and help me to check the bill one by one (10x2K, 1x5K, 5x1K) to ensure that I get all the changes back. It is really warm and kind. I really appreciate what he did for me.🙂

The service was first class, the staff are friendly, polite, attentive, and will try their best to accommodate your requirements. Rooms are cleaned upon request which is good. The location is great with easy access to West Lake, lots of shops, cafes, street food, restaurants and shopping centres nearby, as a native I would recommend the location if you prefer to keep a distance from the touristy areas. Overall, great stay, thank you team! :)
