The room is big, very comfortable, quiet and has a helpful washing machine. The hotel is quite far from the main touristic spots (for example the old quarter), nothing that a taxi or Grab bike doesn't solve it. The staff are very polite, helpful and speak perfect english. I would absolutely stay here again if I want to keep a little bit of distance from the crazy and noisy main spots of Hanoi.

Front desk Ms. Van is extremely cheerful, helpful, and understanding. She can communicate well in English. The security guy is also friendly and kind. This apartment is super clean and quiet but near to all kinds of amenities. The apartment is well equipped with washing machines, fridge, cooking facilities, and utensils. The aircon are both working fine and cold enough. I am happy staying in rooms 702 and 502. Ms. Van helped me to rent a motorcycle at an offer price, appreciated.

We check-in Fraser suites hanoi from 10/6 to 10/8 , the equipment in the room is really great! The service staff (Lucy) who received us was very kind and communicated with us in fluent Chinese/English. Because of Lucy‘s service, we specially canceled hotels in other places on 10/14-15 and stayed at Fraser suites hanoi again on 10/14-15.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a family of four. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities were very good. We used the pool and gym regularly. It’s located about 15 mins from the old quarter - just 70,000D. For us we had the best of both worlds. The quietness, space etc of Westlake but within a few minutes of the madness of the city centre. The breakfast was reasonably good. Probably some improvements to bring to real 5 star quality - I’d say 4.5 stars for breakfast. But the staff are what make this hotel. 6/5 stars. From the reception, bar, breakfast, gym, pool and even maintenance and cleaning. They were alll so very friendly, helpful and warm. Thanks so much to Karl, Jamie and all the brilliant staff for making us so welcome.

My stay there was amazing. May and her family are extremely kind and generous. The room was really big and comfortable and I loved all the small details and the toiletries offered. The location is perfect if you don’t want to be in the noisy busy old quarter (15 mins drive) and walking distance to nice cafes and bars in the Tay Ho Neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place!

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights.
