And here's where it gets even more remarkable – Mingh played the hero when we left our passport in her accommodation and left for another city. Yes, you read that right! Not only did Mingh assist us in locating the lost passport, but they also ensured it safely made its way back to us in a different city. Talk about going the extra mile! I can’t recommend this place enough! The location is great. It is close to every attractions in Hoi An. The rooms are big and you also have a balcony. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are always smiling and making you feel like home. They prepare fresh breakfast every morning and it is really delicious. They also offered us beer and we had a great talk on an evening. You can have for free bikes to go to the beach or Coconut Village.

WOW. They set the standards VERY HIGH in terms of friendly service, amenities.... We showed up very early for our check-in and they took our bags and brought us welcome drinks. We asked if we could use the pool while we waited (it was a very hot day, of course) and we were very welcomed to. (The pool area is small, but very nice!) And wow, the breakfast selection was amazing! Oh, and also the massage I got in the hotel. So sad I didn't get a chance to get a second one. I'd absolutely love to stay here again when I go back to Hoi An. Highly, highly recommended!

Staff were so friendly and helpful! Great location just outside the hustle and bustle of the old town. Bed was so comfortable, hard to leave it in the mornings! Room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony. We had room service twice and the food was really yummy and came very quickly, they have a great menu. We used their taxi service both to and from Da Nang which was reasonably priced and comfortable. Would 100% recommend staying here!

I stayed 4nights here and i was very satisfied. Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom, great and really nice staff - they helped me to book some tours, good breakfast. I aksed also for laundry and the clothes smell great. I can highly recommend this hotel.
