It really is an oasis - the complex is a low rise collection of bungalows and apartments, beautifully laid out in manicured gardens. The staff are exceptional in their genuine warm and friendly manner, they really get to know you. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow. These are semi detached properties with uninterrupted sea views with their own private terrace. Good size bedroom with Everything thing you need. This is a lovely complex and after 10pm feels more retirement than party. So peaceful and lovely.

I really liked the location (right next to the beach), the silence and the service (owners attitude towards guests). They give me a free bicycle for a trip to Hoi An. Also possible to rent a bike. The hotel has delicious breakfasts, as well as a large menu for lunch or dinner. Food and cocktails are brought to a sunbed on the beach. The hotel is new, everything is clean 👌

The hotel is located in a beautiful and carefully maintained garden, the view from all rooms is perfect. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful in everything. The beach and its surroundings are also perfectly maintained. Even though the hotel was fully booked over the weekend, there was no problem with the number of sunbeds, neither by the pool nor by the sea. The breakfasts are very rich, constantly replenished, you can order extra coffee for free (cappuccino, latte, etc.). The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Hoi An, which is very nice. Upon arrival, our friend was celebrating her birthday and even though we informed the staff about this at the last minute, they managed to prepare everything perfectly. She received a huge bouquet of flowers in her room upon arrival, a sweet surprise awaited her in the form of macaroons, and in the evening the table was festively set, with flower decorations and candles, and at the end of the dinner there was also a cake. Thank you very much for a great stay, we definitely recommend the hotel.

We got a super warm welcome from everybody at KA Villa. The rooms are comfortable and clean of course. The best thing however is the atmosphere at the hotel. It feels like a home away from home.

All staff were very friendly. Linda at the front desk was especially courteous and provided excellent service. She was able to accommodate our request for late check out. There was also free transport to Old Town, etc. Room was also very comfortable I will definitely be recommending friends here

Very clean and tidy, modern and stylish hotel. We loved the intimity of the place. The rooms have a european vibe to them with exclusive materials, tiles and design. Its not a big hotel, but its perfect for what we wanted. A local small gem with high standard. The staff was very welcoming and warm, especially Diem Phuong was always smiling and willing to help us with whatever. The pool area is very nice, and for our kids it was perfect for an afternoon swim or after breakfast dip. We will come back!

Had a great 1 week stay here. It’s so close to the beach and popular restaurants. If u prefer a not so congested and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place to be. They do provide a free use of bicycle, laundry service, motor rental and a pool. Grab motorcycle is pretty accessible here if you plan to go to the old town hoi an and is super cheap! Will surely stay here again! Thanks to titi(frontdesk) for helping me through out my stay! Thanks for the good service! Also those preparing my breakfast everyday. 🤩
