Good location, just 5 min walk to the old town. Quiet and calm in the garden. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. They booked all the transportation and daily tours for us.
We received fresh bottle of water everyday.
The breakfast was good with mixture of continental and Vietnamese options.
They own a tailor shop next-door, so it’s convenient to order clothes there and do the fittings.

All the staff were warm and friendly and made our stay a wonderful experience.
This lovely boutique hotel, which is larger inside than it appears from the narrow entrance, provides a cosy atmosphere.
The well appointed connecting rooms suited our family of four.
An excellent breakfast buffet was provided, with pleasant outdoor seating by the riverside.
The complimentary foot massage in the soothing spa environment was a thoughtful inclusion, and the rooftop pool is very clean and pleasant.
The cooking class in the hotel’s floating restaurant was a lovely, relaxed finish to our stay.

It's a lovely green place with caring owners. We arrived earlier, left baggage at their place and went in the city by bike. The room is as described. For breakfast each person gets one baggete with butter and jam + tea. Than you can additionaly choose one more food and one drink.
They offer also one-day trips, transport for fruther cities (we went to Quy Nhon), tickets for speed boat to Cham Islands (380k dong/pax both ways).
They always accept you with a smile and are also constantly available on Whatsapp.

The experience at Hoi An Golden Hotel was amazing! We loved every second of it! When we got there they surprised us with an upgrade to a suite, they were caring and provided us with activities to do throughout our stay. The coconut water and cooking class was the best!!! So much fun and memorable.
The breakfast was included and it has been the best so far in our trip!!
