The best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam! The staff is really very nice and helpfull. Breakfast is great and also lunch or diner is recommended. Rooms are clean and modern. The staff were exceptional, especially Katie at the front desk, who took the trouble to welcome us by name and give us a detailed briefing of activities and attractions in the area. Everything from airport pick-up to check in, to drop off was seamless. Breakfast every morning was good.

everything was absolutely perfect, staff very attentive, breakfast like I’ve never seen (even pho, Asian dishes, western, fruit, veggies). If you’re a breakfast person, you will love it 🥰 location is a bit further from the center but still walking distance and you can get free bikes.

I stayed three nights in Hoi An and the hotel was one of the best in Vietnam. The people are friendly from the moment you get off the bus until you leave. The staff is very kind. The room is very comfortable and the hotel in general is very clean. I didn't use the pool but it looked great. They allowed me to store my luggage and even take a shower before taking the night bus. I would definitely stay here again as it has been one of the best accommodations in Vietnam.

All the staff were warm and friendly and made our stay a wonderful experience. This lovely boutique hotel, which is larger inside than it appears from the narrow entrance, provides a cosy atmosphere. The well appointed connecting rooms suited our family of four. An excellent breakfast buffet was provided, with pleasant outdoor seating by the riverside. The complimentary foot massage in the soothing spa environment was a thoughtful inclusion, and the rooftop pool is very clean and pleasant. The cooking class in the hotel’s floating restaurant was a lovely, relaxed finish to our stay.

The room is exactly like the photo! Beautifully furnished! Immaculate and luxurious. Incredible paddy field view. So much natural light. The food I. The breakfast in the Paddy Field Café is delicious. We would recommend the avocado toast with kale and poached eggs! Free bicycles are brilliant!
