This place is magical — the rooms and their bathrooms are spectacular. The hotel staff are amazing: attentive, warm, caring, and hospitable. They opened the boat’s restaurant just for us, after preparing it to ensure it was safe to be there. They gave us incredible recommendations for tours and shows to enjoy. I would return without a doubt to this magical place.

I recently returned to your hotel in Hoi An, and once again, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Kathy and Lilly greeted me like an old friend, remembering my name and details from my previous stay—such a warm and personal touch that truly made me feel valued.
Their genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit even more special. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect, they were always there with a smile.
The hotel itself remains as charming as ever, with its beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and serene atmosphere, but it’s the incredible staff like Kathy and Lilly that make it unforgettable.

The staff was amazing and helped me with many things. It was a big plus that I could communicate with them through WhatsApp. I felt very safe in this hotel as a solo woman traveler. When I catched a flu, they gave me a late check-out and offered me a face mask, which also shows how much they care about their customers. The room was beautiful and very clean, and the pool area was great. Laundry service was fast and my clothes came back perfect. And breakfast had a good variety of dishes.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and the view from our room was great. The hotel staff especially Dieu and Mr Bean were super helpful and helped book tours and a bike for us on short notice, as well as our taxi transfer to Da Nang which was fairly priced. The hotel is on a quiet road but close to the old town with shops and restaurants nearby to enjoy in close proximity. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The hotel was very nice, staff was amazing, good breakfast with a lot of choices, room and bathroom were very spacious, the terrace was nice for the morning coffee. The pool was very nice but you can use it till 3:00 pm because the sun hets behind the hotel.
