iHome Hoi An has an excellent customer service. The staff were very accommodating, polite and can easy to talk to because they speak and understand English. The location is also great as it is close to most visited attractions. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. My stay was amazing. Also, the food for breakfast is superb and delicious!

I stayed for 3 nights and wish I had a bit longer here. I felt right at home, staff are super responsive, friendly and helpful. The place feels brand new, there’s loads of space in the room, everything is clean, bed is large and comfy, AC is excellent, lots of storage in the room, shower is great. Really can’t fault anything. Having a breakfast made for you each morning is a nice touch and adds to the experience. I got some laundry done at the house which was very convenient. WiFi is great, you may need to select the correct network depending on what floor you are on, it was fine for doing video calls. The location is on Cam Nam which is the island across the river from the old town, which I liked as it’s only a 5-10 min walk across, and gives you some quiet. I wish I’d have rented a bicycle from the house, I walked everywhere which was doable but would have saved me some time. If I stay again I’d choose a room with a balcony, as I think that would add to the experience. Trang the manager gave me some recommendations including a tailor which I’d recommend checking out. This was the nicest place I’ve stayed in all my trip throughout Vietnam and Thailand so far (same price range), definitely great value for money.

Everything. The staff is the best and most welcoming ever met. The hotel is new and nicely maintained. The fresh breakfast every morning is delicious. Nicely located, few minutes by walk from the old town and you can also rent bikes. Convenient taxi service organized by the hotel. Thank you very much!!

We really liked the location – perfect for a short stay or as a base to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they can arrange a variety of tours, from cooking classes to the Hoi An Memory Show and lantern boat trips. They also helped us book airport transfers to and from Da Nang. Everything they offered was cheaper than what we found online, including the tours and transport! The laundry service was excellent – they washed different colors separately, and everything was done quickly and at a great price. Super convenient if you’re traveling for a longer time.

This has been one of the best guesthouses I have been in my travel in Vietnam! I stayed in a private room. It was clean, big and with a private bathroom, also clean. Towels and air conditioning provided. The breakfast, freshly prepared every morning, was good and big enough. The accomodation has a big common room where I managed to work and to meet other travelers like me. The staff is super friendly, and they try to involve people in social events organised every few days (like a pizza night). I strongly recommend here!
