The reception team was very professional and super friendly giving us very useful tips for enjoying the city at its most (food,shopping,shows). The location in a quiet neighborhood 3min walk from the center. The room was very clean, very comfortable bed and with a beautiful deco. The swimming pool is very nice. The price. Great, great, great value for money! Location is not inside the old Hoian, but really near, in about 8 minute walk you find yourself in the old town river area (where all the pubs and clubs are, and where you take the river boats).
Great staff, very friendly and helpful with anything.

All the recommendations for visits and restaurants were absolutely excellent.
Nice pool to relax after walking during the day in the city
They also had bikes to rent for free so it was easy to move around

Great hospitality of staffs! My friend got sick when we arrived to Hoian. They were so kind and took care of her. Furthermore they gave me special guidance for touring around Hoian. Thanks to the guidance, I enjoyed the sightseeing there even alone. The hotel decorations were tasteful and clean. I definitely will stay this hotel when I come to Hoian.
