This was the best stay I have had in years in Vietnam. It's a family run homestay but the rooms are actually equipped like in a hotel. It's in a perfect location, in quiet street, close to everything. The breakfast is prepared by the brothers Mat and Viet and their wives and they are tastier than you can imagine. You can choose from a variety of options. This family would do anything to please you and make your stay in Hoi An unforgettable. You just don't want to go home.

The location was PERFECT- just by the old town, but in a quiet corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they assisted us with laundry (same day service) and with scooter rental (180k). Em also shared loads of great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

A special shout-out goes to Mingh, who went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. Always there when needed, Mingh didn't just manage the villa; they orchestrated an experience. From recommending fantastic restaurants to arranging unforgettable tours, Mingh's insights added an extra layer of magic to our Hoi An adventure. And here's where it gets even more remarkable – Mingh played the hero when we left our passport in her accommodation and left for another city. Yes, you read that right! Not only did Mingh assist us in locating the lost passport, but they also ensured it safely made its way back to us in a different city. Talk about going the extra mile! MaiChi Villa itself is a gem – beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and surrounded by lush tranquility. This property really is a ‘charming’ hotel. It full of colour and beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the staff in particular are noteworthy as they pay keen attention to you from the moment you enter. Ms Thao as soon as I arrived helped figure out my plans for Hoi An based on our preferred activities and quickly arranged everything. For me this was extremely helpful as I was only in Hoi An for a very few days and wanted to make the most of my time. The staff will check in with you daily on the room condition, any issues that need to be addressed. They were not at all overbearing might I add- it’s just a really helpful way they have to make sure guests are ok. You also get treats when you check out ☺️. The breakfast is the best spread for a hotel of this range in Vietnam that I have had and for this price. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and my room was exactly as indicated in the pictures on the site and booking.com. Had an excellent pedicure at the spa. They have a well equipped gym and a lovely pool and quiet space which again is a huge plus point! There are also bicycles to use available for free. Additionally to note the location of the hotel is in a quieter part of the town away from the immediate hustle and bustle, but all the action can be accessed with a safe and easy 3-5 minute walk.

Everything! From the amazing welcome, all of the travel advice - it felt like home from home ! Hotel rooms were clean and well equipped and location was perfect . Would 100% recommend. Warmest place we have stayed in Vietnam - we even got a packed lunch for the journey back . Amazing ! We love Flower and her family 🥰
