Great hospitality of staffs! My friend got sick when we arrived to Hoian. They were so kind and took care of her. Furthermore they gave me special guidance for touring around Hoian. Thanks to the guidance, I enjoyed the sightseeing there even alone. The hotel decorations were tasteful and clean. I definitely will stay this hotel when I come to Hoian.

We had a wonderful stay at the First Hoianese Wellness Centre Hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the Old Town and the river, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.
The hospitality was outstanding. Julie, Anne, and Emma were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. They arranged a free walking tour for us and also helped organise a coconut boat ride, which was so much fun and a real highlight of our trip.
The breakfast was generous and delicious, the perfect start to each day.
Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay in Hoi An.
