Everything was perfect! Clean, great stuff (Wendy is the best: she helps you with all the info you need); great location (close to everything); free water and coffee; you can rent bikes and scooters; also Wendy helped me book my bus ticket to the next destination.

Excellent hotel with excellent rooms, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, nice food (try duck lemongrass) and nice staff. They even offered a 30 min free feet massage in their spa. And they also provide free bikes to go around or go tho the nice beach (15 min ride), and you get free sunlounger and umbrella.

It was clearly the best hotel overall during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. The location, the balcony on the top and above all the overwhelming kindness and support of the staff. The room was nice and cosy with a smell of lemongrass, the breakfast very good. Hope to be able to come again to this place.

Super friendly and helpful staff. She gave us a city map and spent over 15 minutes explaining how to get around, where to go, interesting activities, and even how much we should pay for everything.
The room also exceeds our expectation. Clean, new, and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more from this price.
The best part for me is their free walking tour. You get to meet people from their other branches in Hoi An and walked around while listening to interesting history and culture of Hoi An from a local guide. Only paid for the 4 dollar ticket for all the sites.
