Located in a peaceful neighborhood but at the same time near all attractions, Heart Lodge was a great place to stay at Hoi An.
We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped foot in this lovely homestay - Ven, Matt and all their family members always greeted us with a big smile and genuine interest in our travel plans. They also helped us to have our laundry done and fixed us an affordable transport to our next destination.
The room was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed to spend some time on our little balcony. Breakfast was also great, Venn fixed us a delicious and nutritious start for the day!
Wishing all the best for our amazing hosts at Heart Lodge and a warm recommendation for their beautiful homestay in Hoi An!

Clean rooms, clean towels, shampoo and soap, with a very good air conditionate. We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were so nice. They offered very good priced activities and we rented bikes for the cheapest price in town. Breakfast was very yummy with fruit, delicious coffee and a pancakes or rice rolls, they changed everyday!

Amazing location right at the doorstep of the old town. Em and her husband were very hospitable and friendly, going above and beyond for me and my family, from helping us arrange taxis, bikes to rent, restaurant recommendations and also helped us take our luggage and waiting for the taxi.
Apartment was very spacious, clean and modern. Perfect for a small family.

Robert ist the best private hotel host I have ever met! He takes all the time, is available all the time, has a lot of recommendations which are all great & is so kind, funny, heartwarming & mindful. He welcomed & bid us farewell with excellent banh mi. He took care of everything we needed. The Pool is nice. Rooms are big and also nice. The Location is PERFECT. I think you will not find a better located hotel in hoi an. Can recommend a 100%.

A month of a holiday and we didn't feel the holiday until we stayed in hoianese heritage hotel,the first picture the super kind ,polite ,smart young receptionist ladies name Spring ,Lily and An,they helped get the best prices at the memorie performance theater ,send us to the best places change money at the highest rate and guide us without pushing but with kindness ,the room was big ,super clean ,big toilet and bath,clean air-conditioning and super quit although it's a busy and lively neighbourhood,the receptionist arranged us bikes at the best price and me and my wife dove to my son temples ,the ride is beautiful through the rice field and a local village market at the best price and kind people
