The hotel is on a quiet part of town. It isn't in the center of the bar area but it's very walkable to just about anything that you might want to do. The breakfast food was very good and we were really happy with the atmosphere at the breakfast buffet. We arrived quite late and check-in was no problem. The room we got had a balcony that overlooked the garden, the pool and the surrounding rooftops. The shower was nice with good water pressure, space and hot water.

We loved our stay! Check-in and check-out was super easy. The room was clean and the AC worked very well. The Pool is a bit small but totally fine for a short stay. There was good food just in walking distance. We can recommend!

The stay in Kaia Gallery was perfect for experiencing Hoi An. It is situated in a secluded area of the town but is only a short walk from many of the tourist attractions on offer. Emily and Nancy both offered a superb service advising on the best places to eat and things to do. They were also of great help booking tickets to attractions and events to attend. The comfort and surroundings at Kaia Gallery along with the service on offer is sure to impress.

This was the best hotel we have stayed during our 3 weeks trip in Vietnam!! The room was colonial style with wooden floor, nice furniture, romantic wooden lamps, a super comfortable mattress and a beautiful terrace with plants and view..It was so quiet during the night, that we had the best sleep ever. The room and the bathroom were really big, with windows, rain shower and abundant hot water! There was also a fridge, air conditioner and smart TV. Not to mention the cleanliness, they were cleaning the room and changed towels every day. The location was the best! 5 minutes walk to the historical center of Hoi an but away from the rivers of tourists. Also 10 minutes by bike to the beach, with lots of shops, banks and traditional markets around! One cannot find such a luxury room in this price. The host is a sweet woman with her family who speaks english, and is very kind and helpful. We will certainly miss her and our beautiful room, too!!
