The ladies behind the reception, An & Helen, are so sweet and helpful. Helen in particular is so sweet. The room is spacious and clean. It's quiet there. The location is very good, everything is close by. A lot of explanation is given about Hoi An, tours, where to eat and so on. I recommend joining the free walking tour. Especially when given by Cindy!

One of the best places we stayed in our trip in Vietnam. The room was wonderful and in an excellent condition. We really enjoyed our stay there. And our host made the trip there even better. She gave us suggestion for everything we needed (food, coffee, tailor) and whatever we wanted. Excellent services provided (transport to the airport and other destinations nearby). The place had even bicycles to explore the city and the surrounding villages. Would 100% recommend.

We loved absolutely everything about this place. You enter inside and immediately feel calmer and better. Life starts to move slower. The owner is an architect and she designed everything by herself. You really see how much work went into the details to make you feel at home. It’s exactly how we felt and didn’t want to leave. On top of the beauty of everything, it is also extremely clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The location is just outside of the Ancient Town, 10 minute walking distance. They gave us a list of places to have coffee/tea, try local food and nice restaurants. We followed their recommendations and had great time. Hoi An is very beautiful but experiencing a stay at this accommodation would be by itself a reason to visit.

Great location - very close to the ancient town. Owner was very kind and helpful. They offered us free bikes - which I believe the best way to discover Hoi An.

We had a lovely stay! The owners were very kind and helped us with everything. Very clean and comfortable rooms located very near to the old city. We borrowed their bikes everyday and drove to the beach! Can highly recommend!
