We liked everything! Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. Receptionists Hannah and Judy were incredible, ready to help with everything. This was the best hotel experience we’ve had during our travels in southeast Asia - the best value for money. We had booked sleeperbus but we were able to storage our luckage, use the pool and even showers before leaving the last day. The hotel is located 20min walking distance from the old town of Hoi An but it didn’t disturb us at all - instead it was nice to stay in a bit more quiet area. You can also rent the bikes from the hotel, it was really easy. I would definitely come back!

The hotel is splendid and has all the amenities that one could want. It is very relaxing and all the staff are extremely polite and helpful. We would like to mention some of the Refinery bar staff - Phoung, Chau, Dat, Bao, Nah, Mai and Hoan who were lovely to interact with and so well trained. Phuong gave a great coffee course with good humour and fun conversation. Also, we went to Ba Na Hills by car and Vu our driver was excellent. Very calm and had good conversation. One more thing is we went on a bicycle tour of Kim Bong village, which was very enjoyable, with our guide Tu, who was very knowledgeable and polite. Finally, I would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff at the hotel for such a wonderful experience. One thing I forgot to include in my TripAdvisor review was that the breakfast is delicious with such a great variety and the staff including My, Loan, Yen, Vy, Thanh and Vu were so helpful and kind!

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very spacious and cozy. would definitely recommend this villa when visiting Hoi An!

Good location outside of the busy town center and equidistant to the beach. We had a warm welcome by Eric and getting many recommendations helpful by him . The Breakfast has been the best since staying in Vietnam. My room very big and the bed comfortable. The pool is beautiful and a nice temperature. We had a restful and enjoyable stay and we would definetely return on a future visit. Best value for money in off season.

Comfortable and huge private room. Tasty breakfast - easy to meet other travellers here. Bicycles available to rent, laundry service available, tour bookings possible via the hostel. However the star is the owner Hien - she’s super high energy, super friendly, and makes this a really special place to stay. Highly recommend joining her food tour if you get the chance.
