The situation, a quiet place right by the river. Also the friendliness, Oanh, the proprieter is a lovely person, very helpful. She took our washing across town to a good place, that was cheaper than the local ones. She invited us to eat with her on our last day, and involved us in the local people's Tet celebrations.

An oasis of calm just 5 minutes from the old town. Authentic rooms/ bungalows with a large, beautiful garden and a lovely swimming pool. Run by Mrs Nhut's wonderful family, this is a fantastic place to escape the hustle and bustle of the village. Delicious breakfast, with fresh fruit from their own garden. Highly recommended.

Our host Nguyen and family were so welcoming and obliging. We are elderley, so given rioms on the ground floor. Very spacious, open and clean with a balcony. Just step outside and into the pool. Breskfast was great, whatever we wanted, either vietnamese traditional or eggs every way. Our stay was during Independence week, we were offered to celebrate with the famiky, but had to decline as it was our last night in Hoi An. Property is within walking distance of old town and many restaurants and Mini bar close by.Especially 'Redbean Restaurant' We thank you for a wonderful stay.

I like my stay here, its very big villa with huge rooms, good for my family to enjoy. We traveled with my Mom & Dad and they have 1 room downstairs which is very easy for them to stay. Nice views to the rice field, pool and lake. Pool is big and have one for kids also. We all like their breakfast a lot. What a pity we can only stay for 1 night as they all sold out for other guests.

Extremely pleasant stay we had, beautiful rooms, lobby and hotel equipment as well, on recepcion wevasked to rent a motorbike and they brought it within 10 minutes.
