Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible service provided by Ping and her assistant Trang at the reception. Ping, who worked every day during our stay, delivered the highest level of hospitality and attentiveness. She genuinely cared about our well-being, checked in on our experience, and provided valuable recommendations. Her English proficiency was the best I encountered among all the Vietnamese people I met during my trip to Phu Quoc, making communication effortless and pleasant. I truly hope that the hotel management recognizes and rewards Ping for her outstanding commitment to guest satisfaction—she sets a remarkable standard for customer service!
Housekeeping was impeccable – our room was always spotless. The refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room itself was beautifully maintained, with everything in ideal condition.

We stayed there only 4 days. But it was a perfect rest. Steve and his team did all their best to enjoy being there. He was in touch 24 hours and helped with everything. A very reliable guy who does his work very well.
Our room was clean and quiet. There were neither insects nor mosquitoes and not smelly.
The area is good for rambling in the evening. There are some swimming pools for relaxing and the beach is walkable. And Steve can give you a lift to the beach.
There is a small food area where you can eat something in the afternoon or spend time in the evening enjoying seafood.
To sum up: I'd recommend to visit it . I'm absolutely sure you'll be glad to spend your holiday there.

Stayed here for a week and worked remotely. Great wifi, the comfiest beds, amazing staff, relaxing pool, good public area, strong AC. And walking distance to a nice part of the local beach. Would definitely come back.

beach is great, sunsets are amazing, very good breakfast (many possible options), live music and grill on the beach (this place is so great to stay, chill etc), infinity pool, massages on the beach are ok , very clean resort and beach (what is not always standard in Vietnam) It is close to Sunset Sanato Beach (but it is not best place if you don't have time, empty and destroyed in many parts - also with ticket, so better to walk there by beach for free) , generally better options are night market, super soup pho on the main street and cable car (you can take grab or bus or scooter)
