We had a really nice time and the owner was really welcoming and told us about life on Phu Qouc with his family. The area is completely local and not commercial at all. Coco massage next-door was amazing.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The location is stunning — surrounded by beautiful scenery and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it feel like a true getaway.
The food was exceptional, with every meal full of flavor and variety. The facilities were spotless, modern, and had everything we could have possibly needed. But what really made the experience special was the staff — every single person we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

What a find! This place might not be in the most popular area or the biggest, but it's honestly one of the best we have stayed at. Staff could not be more helpful, always happy to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The organised a fishing trip for us, as well as any taxi ride we needed.
The bungalow was beautiful in a lovely garden setting with the view of the beach.
They are big on reducing plastic and very eco conscious - no plastic water bottles on sale, but a reusable water bottles for anyone to use, homemade meals. At breakfast fresh juice was stored in glass bottles as was yogurt. It was so lovely to see that they really care about the island and being eco friendly.

A little tricky to find at first, as it's actually inside and above an ice cream shop, but once we got there the staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and very comfortable, and a bonus was the fabulous view overlooking the river :)

The hotel staff was extra ordinarily hospitable. They took special care of our needs and prepared veg meals for us for breakfast daily along with porridge for our infant. They offer free pick and drop to nearby areas - Grand World, Vinpearl Safari, VinWonders. The rooms were spacious and clean. The locality was walking distance from grand world and staff was very cooperative. We extended our stay in the hotel due to their extremely polite behaviour.

This motel is like an Airbnb style and the host was very nice, helpful and hospitable. It's new, clean, quiet and at a great location close to Grand World Night Market. The bed was super comfy. The owner was very thoughtful to provide a lot of extra items to ensure the comfort of guests' stays. We particularly liked the living room area where we snacked and the dressing table that was large enough for me to do my online meetings. The bathroom was very spacious with a fancy bathtub and separate shower. You don't always get this size of bathroom (with both shower bathtub) in a hotel. The washer and dryer became very handy when it was 30+ degrees outside. All our travel needs were fulfilled nicely. We would highly recommend this place to travellers who value the cleanliness, convenience and great services and always have busy, packed travel plans, like us. 👍👍👍
