This was the beginning of our trip to Cape Town, which we know well. We decided to splash out and enjoy a few days of serious comfort before moving to the coast. It was simply exceptional. The artwork in the hotel was transcendent and a fabulous bonus to a truly memorable stay. Outstanding staff, delicious food, incredibly generous and comfortable beds … we loved it!!

Absolutely love the location of this property. The building is very safe with 24/7 security which is great for a solo traveller like myself. There is always someone available! Especially when my flight landed late and I only got to the accommodation close to midnight. The property has everything you need and is extremely well put together! I’ve stayed in a few now with the company and they have all been great! Service has been attentive and I will continue to stay with Urban Elephant for my future trips to Cape Town.
