The whole property has been renovated and looks fantastic. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the harbour and table mountain. Staff were all very nice and you can’t beat the location for the V&A. Lots of Lovely little touches for Christmas around the hotel with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived.

We loved everything about this unit. The location and proximity were fantastic. Great security and the lace was spotless. Beds were very comfy, the people managing and looking after the unit were so prompt if we had any problems or questions. we could not have been happier. Staff are so friendly and amazing - especially Abigail and her reception team. The spa team with Adele was excellent. The pool guy was attentive and helpful. We stayed in Dock House 1 and the suite was amazing. Location is safe and very close to all the shopping and food. The gym was adequate for a holiday gym. Staff resolved the small issues that we did have quickly and without fuss. Excellent customer service.
