We arrived at night thanks to an unreliable airline which changed its schedule 2 times. That is always an unsettling experience when you are not familiar with a location. So we sent a localisation to the host so that they could track us. How pleasant it was to spot someone (Sam) at the last corner waiting for some hesitant guests. We were blown away by the house, we were expecting an ordinary set up... The room was extremely comfortable, the house had been renovated and decorated with great taste. We were in a small hotel, with even probably better facilities.

Room was amazing. Cleanliness - 10 out of 10. There is everything you need. The hotel took into account our wishes and we had a wonderful room with a view of sunrises and sunsets. The people are awesome, no breakfast included, but there is Origin Coffee Roasting cafe just around the corner with delicious omelets and croissants. 25 minutes walk to the VA Waterfront (pay attention to the routes under the bridges - they do not look very safe). It's only a 10-minute walk to the tourist spots in the center (Hop-on Hop-off bus stop, walking tours to Castle of Good Hope and Bo-Kaap) and 2 minutes to Bo-Kaap.
