The location is unbeatable, walking distance to all the amenities and restaurants yet still the apartment and area is very quiet at night. The hosts, Marlize and Andre, were super friendly and went out of their way to give restaurant recommendations, day excursions etc and to make us feel at home. The apartment has all that you need for both a short and longterm stay, with parking right in front of the unit. We had a really lovely stay and would recommend to our family and friends.

We loved the location and interior design of this apartment. It is definitely in the top 3 of nicest accommodations we stayed at in South Africa. Located at walking distance from the Waterfront and just a really nice apartment to 'come home' to and relax. We highly recommend. The self check in process makes it easy to choose your own arrival time, which we very much appreciated.

A premier apartment in this block with pretty views over the school sports field, bowling green plus distant waterfront and water glimpses. The balcony has sun for most of the day and the sunset is beautiful to watch. So we enjoyed this immensely (in November, so not too hot). The apartment is exactly as the pictures, compact but with excellent use of space. The couch bed was useful for whichever one of us was snoring badly! And the foot stools great for putting your feet up, relaxing and watching TV. Secure parking was very welcome and the location is ideal, a short walk into town and the waterfront.

Great apartment with spectacular views! There’s so much space and the location is perfect. Urs was very responsive and allowed us to park our car inside the building after check out for a few more hours. Really perfect stay!
