From the moment I arrived until I left, I was well-tended to. Each staff member from the security guard at the gate to the butler at the door were well-trained in their area. Shadreck who works as a butler went above and beyond in his duties. One evening he brought one of my visitor's cars around in the pouring rain. He had a few of my items steam cleaned and was always upbeat and cheerful in our interactions. I also enjoyed access to the 24/7 pantry although some of the desserts were not fresh. The property itself is peaceful although I expected a slightly more dramatic pool and view of the city however, I went there to rest and that is what I got. It was a seamless experience.
