I last stayed here 17 years ago. I was not disappointed when I came back. Still the same owner who obviously takes great pride in his hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Quiet surroundings so a great, undisturbed sleep. Good breakfast. Hopefully, one day, I'll be back again.

Everything was beyond our expectation. The house is really lovely, our host very helpful, I would give 11 out of 10 :-) and the surroundings and whole Andorra is just breathtaking. We were really sorry to leave :-)

location, free parking on site. the great spa facility and the brilliant service from the reception manager who was simply brilliant. could not do more to help you. breakfast was a feast buffet style of really what ever you wanted. superb. location is just out of town to be peaceful and the views from the lounge and bedroom were amazing. a top nights stay.

Super location. Beautiful view from the room. Room very nice with comfy bed. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and supper with a lot of choice. Beautiful wellness centre. Very relaxing stay. Close everywhere from the hotel. Nice and quite area. I can highly recommend!

Top breakfast, super dinner with a lot of variety, incredible friendly staff, superb rooms with a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bad tub. All the facilities are super, very handy man ski lockers, and the location cannot be better. Surely we will visit this hotel again. All of us (4 pax) had a super nice experience.

Occupying a privileged position, in the centre of Canillo, Ski Plaza Hotel & Wellness is just 100 metres away from the ski lifts and overlooks the snow-covered mountains in the winter season.

The hotel was very comfortable and homely. Lovely staff. Great location within the village and access to gondola for skiing. Good breakfast. Play area for kids and lounges to relax in.

Great location for skiing - you can walk to one of the main ski lifts in less than 10 minutes. You can of course drive to the others - Ordino was the furthest away, which took us less than 45 minutes. Very scenic view of the slopes from the apartment. We were met by Angela, who gave us a tour of the property and handed us the keys - this was arranged with ease via WhatsApp before we arrived. Parking is available underground, or if necessary, you can park on the road just outside the apartment block. The parking is a bit tight (as with any underground parking place), but we managed fine with a big Skoda Estate, so if you have a smaller car you'll be absolutely fine. It was lovely having an ice-free, warm car to get into before we hit the ski slopes! The shower was good, with plenty of hot water for both of us to shower one after another. Excellent heating in the property - all can be controlled by us, which is a positive. There is space to store wet skis/boots in the parking area (secure room). The property is wheelchair accessible from the car park via a lift.

Just 2 km from the slopes of Soldeu and Grau Roig, Apartaments Els Llacs offer free spa access and wonderful mountain views. A private parking is available on request.
