The staff were lovely and went above and beyond helping us out. The room was great, bed was big and very comfortable. There is a late checkout which is really useful and gave us an opportunity have a good morning activity, before heading to the airport in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here next time we visit Dubai.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! Everything was truly top-notch — from the stylish design and spotless, comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. A special thank you to Kim, who made my mornings so delightful during breakfast. She was always smiling, so kind and thoughtful — it really set the tone for a great day. There was another lovely girl working alongside her, just as sweet and professional. I believe her name was also Kim, but I’m not entirely sure. In any case, I want to sincerely thank them both — you two are amazing! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai — even if it means going out of my way in terms of location. That’s how great this hotel is.     Access to the mall is such a great concept with the weather being so hot in July. My teenagers (12 & 16) loved they could pop to the cinema or toy store. During happy hour, when children are not allowed in executive lounge the kids went for burgers in the Mall. All finished off with the comp tickets for Ski Dubai. A great 24 hrs of fun had in a beautiful surrounding.

    We enjoyed a short summer break-away in JA Resorts during July 2023. The staff (and I mean every single staff) was extremely welcoming and friendly towards the whole stay. We stayed in a ocean view junior suite, which was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 small children). We asked for a baby cod for our 2 year old, which was also provided by JA without additional charge. The kids club and pool areas are extremely kids and family friendly.

Also so nice to see so many cultures, cuisines and families come together - such respectful resort and accomodating to every nationality! Food was unreal, absolutely delicious - so many options!
