From start to finish all staff where absolutely lovely so helpful all spoke good English and where so helpful with myself & my young child as i was traveling alone nothing was to much to ask if i needed hot water for the baby they helped every time room was so cozy clean all hotel was well looked after 24 hours a day its also a 24 hour restaurant which i found so good when hungry late at night food was very tasty very good selction on the menu the main bus picks up just down the road & they have there own ables taxi service highly recommend this hotel to anyone can't wait for my next visit also if you stay there staff are so helpful on the front desk girls where so funny and amazing with my baby girl amelia they always everyday went out there way to play with her when i was heading in & out i stayed for a total of 16 nights and it was amazing price with breakfast included each day 108,000 lek or 1,060 euro for everything i will be back
