Renato is a wonderful host, friendly and attentive. The house is very clean. The room had an air conditioner which worked well. WiFi worked well too. The location is great, very central yet not noisy as it is located on a quiet street. Renato was kind to make us takeaway breakfast since we needed to check out very early. The comfort and service is much higher than the price one pays. I’d highly recommend this place and wish we had more days in Shkoder so we could stay longer.

The lady who takes care of the property is incredibly kind and helpful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was very reasonably priced. She's an excellent cook—we ordered dinner from her small restaurant, and everything was delicious. She also prepared sandwiches and tea for our breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a truly pleasant and homey experience!

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Shkodra & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in Shkoder and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. I recommend it

I think best hostel i have been to. On the first floor is beautiful and cheap bar, and on the second floor is hostel, big and nice place with a nice view. Really kind family that is running the place.

Me and my friend stayed at this apartment and it was just amazing! It was fresh, clean and in a good location. Above this we received great service from our host who helped us organize our trip to Valbona and after our hike to theth, our journey back. We were also allowed to leave our suitcases in his care, which was such a relief since we were hiking. The apartment is brand-new and so nice. We even had a balcony in our room. Lovely neighbourhood too. Above expected, especially considering the budget-friendly price.
