I had a perfect stay at this property near the beach. The location was ideal for relaxing and enjoying the seaside, and everything about the stay—from the cleanliness to the comfort—was just perfect. The property was well-maintained, and the experience overall was peaceful and enjoyable. Mu room also had a beautiful beach view. Highly recommended!

I would like to wrap up few things: - The place is so peaceful and so calm, and I personally love the wooden elements as they are an added value to the character of the villa. - This is so far the cleanest place we have ever been in Albania, sparkling clean, white fresh smelling (ironed) sheets and towels... - The host are extremely kind and friendly, they go an extra mile to make you feel like a family guest. They offer all in their ability to make you feel welcome, safe, even well fed :) - The property is just few steps to the beach (no car needed). I would love to thank Mariana and Vata from the bottom of my heart for their hospitality 🫶

Very modern and clean apartment conveniently located right in the center. Everything was brand new and had everything for a family with children, WiFi, AC, all kitchen accessories, washing machine etc. To our surprise it also had sea view from the corner of a nice balcony, because it is very close to the sea. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!!

    The apartments are located in an ideal location, in a peaceful environment. Recommendation for families with children. In front of the apartment there is a children's playground. Shops and restaurants nearby. Staff very kind and friendly.

    I spent a wonderful family vacation, calm and safe. We come from Belgium and we enjoyed it a lot. The shower with iodine on the coast and very healing was the best of that country. The location of the apartment was only 100 meters from the sea in the center of Velipoja. .just a few meters from there and you can find all the necessary services with supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, everything you need. the apartment was very clean and with new and modern furniture. there was an elevator and it was secured with cameras and guards.

    Good quite location far away from night live. Personal onsite are very kind and always ready to help. Also there are a nice restaurant and some groceries close to the apartment. Good choice for families with kids.
