Everything was perfect, location excellent-close to the center and the beach. Staff was very polite, food was great and there is also safe parking. Room was very clean and the pool is also extremely nice, just like on the photos.

I would like to wrap up few things: - The place is so peaceful and so calm, and I personally love the wooden elements as they are an added value to the character of the villa. - This is so far the cleanest place we have ever been in Albania, sparkling clean, white fresh smelling (ironed) sheets and towels... - The host are extremely kind and friendly, they go an extra mile to make you feel like a family guest. They offer all in their ability to make you feel welcome, safe, even well fed :) - The property is just few steps to the beach (no car needed). I would love to thank Mariana and Vata from the bottom of my heart for their hospitality 🫶

Great communication before and on arrival . Very helpful and friendly . The apartment is perfect location and everything you need for your stay . Very comfortable beds. Very clean . Nice and clean apartment with all the amenities needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and we got an awesome view of the park and the sea from the balcony. All this within a very short walking distance from the main beach. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Will be back again!

In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay. If happens not to have something, the owner Mr. Alban, who is very friendly, will get it for you right away. He helped with all the necessary information, was very friendly and communicative. We had very good experiance with him. And if it will be possible next year we are going back to his apartman. The first store is right next to the house and the second one about 100 m away I would especially like to praise Mr. Alban who brought us "burek" and biscuits for breakfast on one morning, ice cream another day and accompanied us with a farewell gift when we left. You have to drive to the beach, most of them have to be paid, but they are worth every euro because they are breathtaking. A sink for children to play with, clean water... There are always people walking along the beach selling corn, doughnuts, popcorn, pizza, etc. so that everyone can find something for themselves, but they are not intrusive, they are very friendly. Such hospitality and kindness are very rare, so 10 stars from us for the stay.

Frenki’S Residence is our newly found gem in beautiful Velipoja. An oasis of tranquility, with relaxing and vast lush gardens, immaculate stylish accomodation with high standard furnishings. Comfortable and extremely clean. It is a blessing to swim in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic and sunbathe during the day, and enjoy the twittering of the birds at Frenki’S, in pure comfort by evening,night and morning. An outstanding place to stay. Yet, the most precious jewel are the hosts. Friendly, efficient, helpful and all of it, with the most sincere smiles. Well done, indeed! We highly recommend this place and cannot wait to go back, again and again.

we were more than happy to meet those owners and stay at their villa. this place was wonderful, literally few steps from the beach and the villa is well equipped. The owners were very helpful at all possibles ways, we had a car problem during our stay and they were very helpful and found a car service for us
