Family hotels and homes in Abovyan

The hotel has opened just a couple months back: freshly furnished, very airy and clean. the restaurant serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners a la carte + room service orders. The food is really tasty, the menu combines traditional Armenian flavors and European classics. A spa center and a large sport hall with an indoor pool are located in the connected building, so the hotel complex has everything needed for a relaxing weekend.

The host was very welcoming, like the positivity and she help me in cooking and even showed the nearest bakery 🥺. And the property has a beautiful garden also . I must suggest to visit once and the price is also very reasonable 😊

I've stayed here twice. The first time I arrived late at night, but I was greeted well. It’s a nice, clean house, a quiet, pleasant place. You can always contact a very friendly and helpful host if you need anything. Not everyone may like the location, but with affordable taxi fares in Yerevan (e.g. Yandex.Taxi) there are no problems with getting around.

When booking the hotel  for parents was a little worried because of the lack of the triple room photos  (would be great if you add some professional photos to see all the rooms clearly) and some low reviews...But love when managers  take time to  make a comment after each review and try to clarify the situation. The hotel accepted critics well but unjust reviews are really dissapointing especially when the guest gives the low rating and doesnt bother to explain why. Now as for my family's  experience. The room was ready on time. The welcoming was very friendly and heartwarming, parents were excited. Attitude and honest attention  values a lot, so thank you dear all involved ♡, so much appreciated. As for the room, they offered even a better room that was booked (nephew was the  happiest to have the whole bedroom :)). The thing I needed was comfort, cleanliness and working air-conditioning for them to rest well, all was there. The room was on the 4th floor,  there is a nice lift. The room was spacious, actually was two bedrooms with a living room. The rooms were clean as the bathrooms , all amenities there even a toothpaste. The mattrasses comfortable. WIFI working well. There was a minor thing on the ceiling which they came up and apologised for, its in the process of fixing. Also they even ordered some food and loved it, good portion, tasty and reasonable price. Dear hotel staff, EACH of YOU , thank you.  Such human care and thoughtfulness make your hotel really special. I have read about your hospitality , now also can confirm that its truly so !

Excellent service and great room

Receptionist Margretta and aquatek receptionist and aquatek indoor cleaner lady staff were very cooperative and friendly, overall vibe was very good with greenery all around, just little far from city but I guess it was worth to stay in such hotel. - Best regards, Ashish & Alisha

The receptionist is super friendly and helpful. We had booked 2 rooms. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and were already able to check into one room (clean, tidy rooms). We were also allowed to use the swimming pool right away. Here’s some info that wasn’t clear to us but will hopefully help future guests: as a hotel guest you have access to the aquapark, which is the indoor pool at the hotel. Swim caps are required for long hair, slippers are mandatory (the disposable slippers from the hotel room are fine too). The indoor slides operate every 1.5 hours for half an hour. As a hotel guest you also have access to the outdoor pool and VIP deck with dozens of sunbeds and a pool bar with nice drinks and music. Outdoors, swim caps are not required. The indoor and outdoor areas are connected by a door. In addition, as a hotel guest you also have access to Water World. You need to pick up a free ticket at the hotel reception and then walk about 200 meters to the entrance. There you don’t have access to the VIP deck, but there are still hundreds of sunbeds available. When we were there, 2 slides were closed, 3 regular slides were open, and 2 tube slides were open. Tubes are free, but apparently you can also rent them, which sometimes means waiting a bit longer for a free one. There is also one tube slide (a kind of halfpipe) that costs 300 dram per person. Besides that, there are multiple pools. You are not allowed to bring food or drinks (except water) into Water World (bags are checked). There are several restaurants and food stalls. Breakfast (buffet) is outside the hotel in the Water World restaurant (100 metercwalk) The breakfast is Georgian and varied. In our case, the hotel room including breakfast, indoor pool, and Water World was cheaper than separate tickets for Water World.
