A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

A special thank you to Ms. Diana and two other colleagues whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch—a lady working the morning shift and a gentleman working the night shift. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay exceptional. Ms. Diana, with her joyful smile and cheerful conversations, made us feel genuinely happy and as though we had known her for a long time. This created an immediate sense of comfort and welcome, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. The lady working the morning shift showed remarkable kindness and care. When we needed assistance planning a trip, she didn’t hesitate to help. Since we don’t speak Russian, she called the destination on our behalf, gathered all the details, wrote everything down, and explained it all with enthusiasm and love. Her willingness to assist made our planning so much easier and stress-free. On our last night, the gentleman working the night shift demonstrated exceptional hospitality. He stepped outside to ensure we safely boarded our cab, standing at the hotel door with a warm smile and wishing us a safe flight. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect way to end our stay. When we first arrived at our room, we were greeted with a heartwarming surprise—a handwritten note congratulating us on our honeymoon, along with a beautifully arranged fruit plate. This thoughtful gesture made us feel so special and welcomed. During one of the days, I wasn’t feeling well, and the hotel restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. They promptly brought me what I needed and even sent another plate of fruit with kind wishes for a speedy recovery. Their care and compassion truly stood out.

the whole atmosphere～ very big space， grateful service

This hotel is centrally located just minutes away from Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. The reception is open 24 hours and I was fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade on a high floor which featured a balcony with views of the city and Mount Ararat. The WiFi speed is good and the breakfast is exceptional! The reception staff were lovely and kind, and even sent someone straight to fix an issue I had with the light in my room. The housekeeping is very efficient and the room is consistently already made up for you when you return from breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is very central, there are many cafes and shops around. It's super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel was very modern, clean, with good breakfast, good wifi and AC. The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. At the check-in the receptionist told us he got us a later checkout without even asking :)

Clean and tidy room, good breakfast and the location is fantastic. Everything in the city center is in walking distance.
