Everything. Was like staying at home with Arman's family. They took care of everything I needed. Had breakfast with them and was also invited to dinner for their son's birthday. Was really a cool and special experience. As for the room, the bed was super confortable and the room was big and with lots of light coming in. Reccommended 100%.

The owners of the inn are a friendly and enthusiastic local couple. We stayed here for one night and had a great experience. Igor and his wife tried their best to help us solve problems and provided us with local travel advice. The breakfast was rich and substantial. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen, bathroom and other facilities were also clean. Since it is a self-built house, the facilities are somewhat different from those of star-rated hotels. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The best accomodation I had on my 3 weeks bicycle trip through Armenia. Givan and his wife were very helpful and friendly. And the best is the food there. Fantastic location, the hotel is overlooking the amazing and huge gorge. Views from there are stunning. We had a quadruple room (which can actually host 5 people: 3 single beds and 1 king bed) with a balcony. Lovely restaurant on sight. It is also within the walking distance from the observation point on the cliff.

When we arrived the host lady gave us some tea and some homemade cake. It was a wonderful gesture, they made us feel at home in an instant. The breakfast included eggs and some homemade cake as well. The rooms were nice and tidy.
