When we arrived the host lady gave us some tea and some homemade cake. It was a wonderful gesture, they made us feel at home in an instant. The breakfast included eggs and some homemade cake as well. The rooms were nice and tidy.

Really excellent accommodation. I felt very comfortable here. The owners are very nice and friendly and helpful. Everywhere is beautifully clean. The owner prepares breakfast in the morning. Everything was perfect.

A beautiful, cozy, family run gem of a hotel in Goris overlooking the surrounding green mountains. We stayed there for a night with family as part of our road trip in Southern Armenia and were amazed by how nice and comfortable this place is. Staff and owner were very nice and helpful. Make sure to have your breakfast or coffee on the balcony overlooking the mountains, the view is amazing. The location is few minutes car drive from the city center which gives you the resort type of feeling if you want to relax and enjoy the surrounding green scenery.

    Gorgeous, cozy, rustic escape from the world, surrounded by horses, cows, mountains...Staff and owner were very kind. Kids loved it. They let us on a horse, which was brilliant for the little ones. Best night sleep we had in Armenia. Comfy beds. Close to waterfalls, hiking trails, Tatev, etc. We will come back. Highly recommend.

    The host family were very friendly and helpful. We'd booked a standard twin room with shared bathroom but we were offered a double room with ensuite. This was spacious and the bathroom was big! There are sofas/chairs in the shared area you can sit on. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. There's tea and coffee available self service at all times. We walked to Carahunge and also Shaki waterfall from the house (in opposite directions). It's a very peaceful place.
