We spent two days here, and as it turned out later, the hottest days of 2025. The rooms were cozy, clean, and equipped with a comfortable mattress and a refrigerator. The beautiful yard and well-designed bar created a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and there’s a large free car park on-site, which was very convenient. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the location is great – just a 5-minute drive from the city center. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Amazing apartment in a very new residential block amongst nature. Well-designed, clean, well-lit, comfy bed with extra blankets, small kitchen, great location, and parking available on the premises. The owner was very helpful, welcomed me and was patient till I arrived.

It's a great apartment, not only beautiful, but also comfortable. The apartment has a comfortable temperature, neither cold nor hot (a rarity in Armenia). Very convenient light switches: you can turn off the light directly from the bed. There is nature all around, and on the balcony you can hear birds singing in the forest.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, but we had issues with heating. During our stay at -15°C, the windows were not insulated, allowing cold air to enter. We used the air conditioner, but it was ineffective, and the indoor temperature never went above 13°C. As a result, the home was uncomfortably cold
