My wife and child flew in, and I arranged for a transfer from the hotel. The driver who arrived was very polite and helped with the luggage. The receptionist was also very courteous and assisted my family in getting up the stairs with the child. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was perfect. Armenia is beautiful, but obviously poor in parts, so it was nice to find the centre of Yerevan was fun, lively and very friendly. We have stayed for 3 nights and I must say that it was beyond our expectation. Breakfast is superb, personally prepared by the owner, kids love it as well. Rooms are quite big, comfortable beds plus amazing mountain view with snow! Excellent staff run by the family, missed to get the names though.
