Amaaaazing location. Literally at the backside of the government bulding ! Which is right by the metro, which is right by the History Museum. It's just a few minutes of stroll to the main street and square. Incredible location. I shopped daily at Carrefour supermarket which is right outside the buiiding, and I walked daily back and forth from the Cascade back Everything is within reach. Super fantastic location! I appreciated having a washing machine and a kitchen so much ! I made good use of them everyday.

There was a lot of variety at breakfast and it was delicious. The room and bathroom were clean. The reception was very helpful and friendly. We especially thank Hayk and the bar staff for their interest. There are various restaurants and coffee shops next to the hotel, and the walking distance to the square is quite short.

It has probably seen its best days as of now but you can feel it is a 5 star hotel and everyone makes an effort to live up to being a small grand hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff wonderful and the location is perfect. I liked the turndown service. All of this at a reasonable price which is why I think it is the best option for this money in Yerevan and definitely much nicer than the high rated 4 star hotels.
